Nintendo Crossword Puzzle

At Nintendo, we try to implement fun activities every now and then to our courses. We are a video game company after all! For this project, I created an interactive crossword puzzle in Articulate Storyline to engage our learners in learning about Nintendo terminology.

About the Project

To train new agents on Nintendo terminology, I created an interactive crossword puzzle activity in Articulate Storyline. The desired behavior was to get the learners to search in the knowledge base to find the answer. This training received very positive feedback from our learners.
